Order Turn Around and Dispatch Times

Order turn around is dependant on the items ordered. Our items are all handmade to order (unless stated otherwise) and once payment has been made the current turn around time (as of June 2023) for our personalised dog/cat feeding stands is 6-8 weeks due to a delay in the supply of wood and the sudden influx of demand.

Most other items are 7 working days. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing an order and we will try our best to accommodate where possible.

I run my small business single-handedly and lots of our items are made completely from scratch in house. I run this business along side my full time job so please be patient.

Delivery and Returns

All items at present are either sent via Royal Mail or Yodel Collect Plus with proof of postage obtained for all orders we send out. 

Should your order not arrive, please contact “Essell Crafts” via Facebook or email, a full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail or Yodel. We ensure all items are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item due to damage, we do accept returns for a full refund. We will request to see photos of the item. A refund will be issued once the item has been received back at “Essell Crafts”.

All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for or Yodel and proof of postage must be obtained. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.

Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.

If you wish to return an item please notify Essell Crafts in writing via email. We will then process your return. Please note there will be no returns on sale items.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
