By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions which apply to the use of this website, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this page or any other accounts. These terms and conditions abide by The consumer contract regulations. We invite you to print or store these terms for your own records.
Essell Crafts is a fully registered & insured business. This page contains material which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance and graphics.
Working Hours
Working days and hours are not specified. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience. We encourage contact to be via our email address.
Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We use Stripe for card payments via the website which is a secure site. Orders will not be made or completed until payment has been received. We also accept PayPal and Klarna payments as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cash, Cheques or postal orders are NOT accepted. Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise.
Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with Essell Crafts.
Essell Crafts must receive payment in full for you order before it can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Returns Policy
Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they’re faulty.
We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us where we will do our best to support you.
Dimensions
In the additional information section of each product you will see the weight and dimensions. These are NOT accurate to the weight and dimension of the product, and are there for the purpose of calculating the correct shipping costs. These measurements will be somewhat close to that of the item but will include packaging etc. If you wish to know specific measurements of any of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Variations
Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and will endeavour to deal with any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Vinyl Products
Products Are Not Dishwasher Safe and must be hand washed only. Vinyl will peel if the temperature of the water is too hot. Warm soapy water / Handwash is advisable. Any of our items with Heat Transfer Vinyl such as t-shirts or baby vests must not be washed for 3 days after they have been received in order to make sure that the vinyl has fully bonded to the material. These items must be washed inside out and at 30 degrees or below. Strictly do not tumble dry. We will not be held responsible for any items which suffer damage after being washed or dried if this has not been followed.
Custom Orders
Here at Essell Crafts we will always try to create what you are looking for. Message us with your ideas and we will give you a quote based upon the amount of hours we estimate the project will take. Prices are fixed and will not be altered once the design has been agreed.
Photographs
All photographs are my own (unless stated and source available upon request)
All photos will be used for examples across our website and social media platforms. If you do NOT wish to have your order used for promotional use. We are more than happy to not use your order on our platforms but this must be specified either when placing your order or immediately after via email.
Photo Uploading
Please upload a high-quality image to be printed onto slate or mugs, any photos which are low resolution or low quality are down to the customer’s choice, and we will not be held responsible for poor printing services. We will not refund any low resolution orders as we are not held accountable for this aspect. We simply upload the photo that is received.
Personalisation Text
We cannot be held accountable for any information incorrectly typed by the customer. Lots of our products have custom text field options for things such as our Personalised Feeding Stations, Photo mugs etc. The information you type into these fields will be the information used on your product. We urge you to check the spelling of all personalised orders before submitting.
Stock Alerts
If you have signed up for a stock alert for a product which is currently out of stock, you will be alerted by email once the product is available again with a link to purchase the item. Once you have been notified, your details will be removed from the system automatically after 7 days.
